About 10 miles northeast of Mosquero by air but 20 by road, we find Albert, located on the Tequesquite ranch. Once a large village, Albert now is very small. Its church is built solidly of adobe with beautiful stained glass windows and is dedicated to St. Isidore, the patron of agriculture.
